66°North x Charlie Constantinou

Iceland is at the heart of the Season Two collection with Charlie Constantinou, a finalist for the LVMH prize. Charlie specializes in technical fabrics and dyeing processes, seamlessly combining functionality with fashion while fusing 66°North's 100-year old heritage with his distinctive techniques. With a strong emphasis on circularity in the design process, the collection utilizes deadstock fabric Charlie hand picked from 66°North’s factories.

Dyed Shell Parka with taped seams made in 3-layer high quality pin-stripe reflective fabric from Italy. Drawstrings to adjust can be found all over the parka, in back of the hood and on the sides, in the waist of the parka and at the bottom hem. With the amount of drawstrings the consumer can easily control the look of the parka.

All hardware, including stoppers and snaps, are made of metal and specially sourced for this collection. Large pockets are on front of the garment as well as Charlie‘s signiture 3-D pocket below the waist on the side. The 66°north logo is on chest and on sleeve are both 66 and Charlie‘s logo. This unique style is special in a way when light is flashed on the fabric the lines get distorted (please take picture wit Iphone). This is also a safety matter as the amount of daylight in Iceland in wintertime is very limited.
