66°North x Charlie Constantinou

Iceland is at the heart of the Season Two collection with Charlie Constantinou, a finalist for the LVMH prize. Charlie specializes in technical fabrics and dyeing processes, seamlessly combining functionality with fashion while fusing 66°North's 100-year old heritage with his distinctive techniques. With a strong emphasis on circularity in the design process, the collection utilizes deadstock fabric Charlie hand picked from 66°North’s factories.

Dyed zip-off Shell pants with taped seams made in 3-layer high quality pin-stripe reflective fabric from Italy. They feature a zip-off feature as shown on pictures which give the pants a non-season, all year around use. Metal zippers with custom made 66°north and CC two way pullers on front to give the pants a luxury feel. All trimmings, stoppers, snaps are metal and specially sourced for the collection. The pants feature CC’s signature 3-D pocket with both logos on. They have drawcord in both waistband and bottom hem.

This unique style is special in a way when light is flashed on the fabric the lines get distorted. This is also a safety matter as the amount of daylight in Iceland in wintertime is very limited.

Hand dyed by Charlie Constantinonu - the process takes 48 hours, no garment is the same.
