‘6.6’ Community Activations: Finding Nature Amongst The City
Founded in 1926 to protect fishermen from Iceland’s harshest elements, we continue to stand for quality, durability, craftmanship and connection to community as we steps into the next 100 years.
As part of the centennial celebration, we introduce ‘6.6’ during Copenhagen Fashion Week - a series of public events designed to inspire getting people outdoors in all weather and discover moments of escape within city life – to find nature without leaving town. The Copenhagen Fashion Week calendar includes:

Join us at the Lakes on 27th of January at 7:00 for 6.6km journey with our community, including Rory Griffin chief editor of Orienteer Mapazine and Julie Hyld, Hyld Studio.
We will kick off the Copenhagen Fashion week morning with a live raffle to win a trip to Iceland and embark on a celebratory 6.6km journey around the lakes to mark our 100th year led by our community. First 300 participants will receive an accessory from our collection, skincare from Blue Lagoon Skincare and one lucky participant will win a trip to Iceland.
Refreshments will be served after the run bringing a taste of Iceland with coffee and Skyr with granola and berries.
The 6.6 km journey event is open to everyone, with a limited number of spots available. By signing up, you’ll receive a confirmation of your participation, and further details will be shared via email.

Join 66°North at Nyhavn on 30th of January at 19:00 for a 66 minute boat ride and discover the light festival. Hot drinks and treats will be offered.
