The body of Drangajökull is cut from two-layer GORE-TEX faced with a burly, abrasion-resistant nylon. Articulations throughout make the parka refreshingly agile. Plentiful pockets provide room to spare. Behind it all, 800-fill white goose down provides exceptional warmth for weight.

All animal products used in 66ºNorth products are ethically-sourced from audited suppliers. Our down comes from a long-time German supplier, who has been certified in accordance with the Responsible Down Standard (RDS) Downpass, and the STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®. The blue fox fur used is VET-certified and comes from Saga Furs. The furs provided by Saga Furs come from certified farms to ensure the welfare of both mink and foxes. Saga Furs places strong emphasis on responsible production and transparency, and with the Saga Furs Traceability System, each pelt can be traced back to individual farms. This guarantees both responsible sourcing and full transparency throughout the process.
