Dyngja shell jacket is crafted from a durable 3-layer fabric with 10,000 mm waterproof protection. The fabric’s stiffness is a key feature, enhancing the jacket’s structured silhouette. This design detail not only elevates the overall aesthetic but also improves functionality by ensuring durability and resistance to wear.
Inspired by an early 2000s piece from the 66°North archive, the Dyngja shell jacket carries a distinctive vintage character. This reference to heritage both honors the brand’s history and imbues the jacket with a timeless appeal.
Adjustable drawcords at the back of the hood, as well as at the front and bottom hem, add versatility. They allow for a customized fit, letting you control how closely the jacket sits around your head and waist. This feature enhances comfort and protection against wind and rain, while also helping maintain the jacket’s shape. Distinctive paneling allows for contrast colorways, adding visual interest and a bold touch of style for any outdoor adventure.
The pattern is inspired by the landscape of Rauðasandur Beach in the Westfjords of Iceland.
Garment - Main fabric
100% Recycled polyamide
