Icelandic craftmanship meets Danish skate culture
Our collaboration with Copenhagen-based skate brand Dancer brings together the craftsmanship of our Icelandic heritage and the vibrant energy of Danish skate culture. This high-energy partnership reinterprets 66°North’s century-old expertise through the lens of Dancer’s skate-driven community, resulting in a 4-piece capsule that celebrates both movement and durability.
66°North x Dancer capsule will be exclusive available at 66°North Copenhagen store at Sværtegade 12 and dancerdancerdancer.com from 27th of February.
The capsule reflects both brands’ commitment to longevity and sustainability incorporating deadstock fabrics- making the most of existing materials. The hero pieces - Strandir shell jacket and pants are crafted from deadstock Gore-Tex fabrics and featuring collaborative patch logo.
Inspired by Iceland’s dramatic landscapes, the collaboration's palette draws on the colours and textures of moss, stone, smoke, water, and lava, honouring the landscapes that define 66°North. Tindur shearling hoodie - a new wider fit of our classic Tindur shearling - is introduced in a two tone version.
Capsule is completed by a custom Dancer tee with an original artwork - a nod to the Icelandic vulcanic landscape.
